The Place Beer and German food seem to be synonymous with Brotzeit, which is probably one of the most popular chill-lax restaurants among Singaporeans and likewise foreigners. Of the few outlets in Singapore, the branch at Vivocity probably has the best ambience in my opinion with the alfresco waterfront dining if the weather is merciful.
IMG_0985The Food Sausages and Pork Knuckle are the must order at Brotzeit! For a start, we tried the Seafood Salad ($20.50), which I would recommend for sharing. The ingredients are fresh and there is a well-mixed variety such as smoked salmon, tuna and prawns.
